Egor Noskov will take part in the panel discussion "Lower administrative barriers – more efficient construction industry" organized by the Committee of Investments and Strategic Projects of the City of St. Petersburg within PROEstate 2010.

The discussion will cover the following topics:

• defining problem points in the process of development and implementation of the measures that lower administrative barriers in the construction field
• defining the best practice of construction industry procedures passing and implementing it in Russian regions
• joint business-government development of the guidelines aimed at reducing the time of investment-construction process.
